By Julian

I am a father of 3 beautiful girls, husband for nearly 15 years to Kerina. I am the Congregational Pastor of Xcel Church Darlington…growing the Church in a town of 100,000.

For over 12 years I have been involved in Leadership Coaching, Life Coaching, working in business and in schools. My greatest desire is to develop people, teams and leaders who make a difference in the world around them. Seeing potential within a person, creating in them a desire to influence others for good, to become change agents in our world, to connect with people who need relationship and help them overcome life’s challenges and that they discover there is so much more to life than just existence.

If you read my blog you will discover that I love talking about 3 things…
…leadership & vision…the joys, the struggles, ideas for making it happen, thoughts on how to be better
…Pastoring…the ups & downs, the challenge, the preaching, the journey
…book reviews…sharing my thoughts

In the midst of it all I am always asking the question…where does a leader come from? How can we develop leaders for the long term? Too many live for the moment and don’t put the effort in to build for a life time.

This is the call to everyone – to be leaders in a world in every place we go – here, there & everywhere!!

Yeah, you’re absolutely right in developing big people as for me taking up Entrepreneurship one of my goal isn’t to build big enterprises but big people. If I invest in people and develop them into a mission driven individuals, I will see our dream for the organization being accomplished.

And that’ what were doing, congratulations !! You’ve traveled beyond logic, you have a good amount of leadership experience in under your belt, keep it up.
